Totally! But there’s a happy ending to his story. He’s an indie filmmaker who’s won a number of international film festival awards…So, there’s a lot this docuseries doesn’t tell you and it’s quite misleading in some areas, like the fact that the Nightstalker probably never stayed at the Cecil or that the Black Dahlia never stayed there either. Both claims have been proven false well before the docuseries. So I found that very annoying. There is much more to say about this show that abandons facts just for the sake of a spooky bedtime story, which is what it ends up feeling like the further away you get from it.
